In early July 2008, Ian and I went on a cruise to Bermuda. My parents and my sister and her husband were all going. After two days of gloomy weather, July 29 we arrived in beautiful, sunny BERMUDA! We spent the day at Jepson Cove lying in the sun, jumping in the 80-degree waves and loving life. That night, just when I thought life couldn't get any sweeter, Ian asked me to sit with him awhile on the back of the boat. And while looking over the ocean, under the moon and stars, he asked me to spend "forever and always with him." Ian has never been a romantic, but this one moment was better than a lifetime of roses and candlelight dinners...Our wedding is set for August 2009.
