Stamford Burglary Suspect Caught on Video

STAMFORD, Vt. — State Police are seeking information on a theft from Stamford School early Friday. 
 
An individual wearing all black, a winter hat and facemask took off with a small safe containing money from the main office. 
 
The entrance set off an alarm and troopers arrived shortly after midnight on Friday morning. They found an unlocked window with the screen pushed up; no one was in the building when they entered.
 
The school building on Main Road also contains the town offices and town library.

North Adams SteepleCats Finish Year with Road Loss

DANBURY, Conn. -- Dante D'Amore went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles Tuesday to lead the Danbury Westerners to a 9-5 win over the North Adams SteepleCats in the Cats' season finale.
 
Aedan Anderson went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles and a pair RBIs for North Adams, which also got a double from Elijah Lambros.
 
North Adams finishes the season with a record of 13-31.
