All Seasons Realty Group, Cheshire
The group is welcoming the community to its new office at 287 South State Road with activities on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. They are kicking off CozQuest's Love Local BRKS Holiday Hunt (a local guide and game) with photos with Santa, cookie decorating, ornament making, hot cocoa, and writing letters to Santa.
The event is free but attendees are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the annual Toys for Tots drive with Ronnie's Cycles & Sales of Adams. Financial donations are also accepted.
Kids Christmas Night
Berkshire Dream Center, Pittsfield
The Berkshire Dream Center will offer a free Christmas movie night with ornament making, pizza, and cookies beginning at 6:30. Children are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring their own blanket to relax and have fun in the center's winter wonderland.
The event is for ages kindergarten through 5th grade and younger children are welcome to attend with an adult present for the whole event.
Unsilent Night
Adams Visitor Center
Phil Kline's walking symphony experience, "Unsilent Night" returns to the Berkshires on Friday at 6 p.m. The free community event starts and ends at the Adams Visitor Center, 3 Hoosac St. Participants collectively create the event by walking in a group with boomboxes, Bluetooth speakers, and other amplified audio devices.
Since its first performance in 1992, this 45-minute work has grown into a worldwide annual communal event that has become an essential part of many winter holiday celebrations. This year is Unsilent Night's 30th anniversary.

We Need a Little Christmas
American Legion, Dalton
The Town Players of Pittsfield will present "We Need a Little Christmas" directed by Jim DeBlasi at the Dalton American Legion, 258 North St., on Dec. 9 and 10 at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Community Food Pantry at South Congregational Church in Pittsfield.
General admission is $20 (available online for $18 in advance.) Students, seniors, and Town Players members are $15. Tickets can be purchased here.

There will be a cash bar at the event.
Angels We Have Heard on High
St. Mark's Church, Pittsfield
Berkshire Lyric will present the first of its three 2022 Christmas concerts on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at St. Mark's Church on West Street.
It will feature traditional and contemporary a cappella carols by Anton Bruckner, Kenneth Leighton, Alice Parker, John Rutter, Anson Olds, and Bob Chilcott will take advantage of the splendid acoustics of the large gothic church.
The 70-voice Berkshire Lyric most recently sang a program of Brahms and Mozart at Seiji Ozawa Hall at Tanglewood. They will be joined by Lyric's young women's ensemble Melodious Accord and by soloists Lily Lothrop, Madeleine Redpath, Rich Geiler, and John Demler. All are under the direction of artistic director and conductor Jack Brown and assisted by Joe Rose at the pipe organ.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here, through members or at the door, with children and students 18 and younger admitted for free.

Saint Mary's Christmas Bazaar and Vendor Fair
St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, Cheshire
On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be crafters, vendors, raffles, baked goods, candy, and other items at 59 Church St.
Holiday Shindy
Zion Lutheran Church, Pittsfield
On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the sustainable craft tradition will take place in Pittsfield's Upstreet Cultural District
For 15 years, the Shindy has showcased artisans from across the region focusing on sustainability. It offers the chance to shop directly from local farms and makers, from soaps and tinctures to cookies and calendars. Longtime vendors and emerging talents will have a scenic setup in the Common Room at Zion Lutheran Church on 74 First St.
Admission is $3 for the general public. Children under the age of 12 are free.
Gould Farm Holiday Market
Gould Farm, Monterey
On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the market will feature freshly baked harvest barn bread, baked goods, maple syrup, cheese, and arts and crafts produced by Gould Farm residents.
The farm is located at 100 Gould Road.
Holiday Open Studio
Greylock Works, North Adams
Artist and MCLA professor Melanie Mowinski will open her PRESS studio in Greylock Works in North Adams on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a peek into the processes that form her book "Collage Your Life."
"Collage Your Life" evolved out of Mowinski's daily collage practice during Advent, the Christian season of preparation leading up to Christmas.
Fireside Yuletide
Studio 9 at the Porches Inn, North Adams
Mill City Productions will present "Fireside Yuletide," a family holiday reading of classic holiday stories on Saturday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 18 Veazie St.
The event includes dramatic readings of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," "A Charlie Brown Christmas," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "'Twas the Night Before Hanukkah." Featured actors include Jackie DeGiorgis, Tim Mangun, Chandra Miller, Annie Pecor, Cynthia Quinones, Annabelle Quinones, Lauren Skiffington, Liz Urban, Henry Urban-Mangun and Gabby West. The production also includes sing-alongs of classic holiday songs with the audience. Festive holiday refreshments will be served.
The suggested donation for tickets is $5 at the door.
Light Up the Holidays Parade 2022
Dalton
Grow Dalton is presenting a Light Up the Holidays Parade 2022 in memory of Todd Walton on Saturday from 4:30 to 8 p.m. It will start at L.P. Adams and includes a range of offerings and activities from local businesses and organizations. A full list of events can be found here.
On Sunday at 5 p.m., the Santa Parade of emergency vehicles will take off from LP Adams and travel through neighborhoods to the Dalton CRA. The full parade route can be found here.
South Williamstown Tree Lighting
The Store at the Five Corners, Williamstown
South Williamstown will be holding a tree lighting at the Five Corners on Saturday at 5 p.m.
Free Eagles Band Holiday Concert
First United Methodist Church, Pittsfield
On Sunday at 3 p.m., the Eagles Trombone Ensemble and Concert Band will perform a free concert at First United Methodist Church, 55 Fenn St. Selections include "Three Moods for Hanukkah" arranged by Lennie Niehaus, "Jingle Bells Forever" by Robert W. Smith, "The Polar Express" by Silverstein/Ballard arranged by Brubacker, and "Sleigh Ride" by Leroy Anderson.
Bonus gifts and baked goods will be available for sale. Masks are recommended.
