According to a report from the district attorney's office, Laboy was present during the execution of a search warrant on a North Adams residence that is a part of an active investigation for narcotics distribution.
The defendant was sentenced to a total on 3.5 years at the Berkshire County House of Correction and ordered to complete the in-custody drug treatment program at the Berkshire County House of Correction.
As a result of the investigation, three individuals were arrested and two illegally possessed firearms were seized, one of which was a customized fully automatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine.
As part of the investigation, Pittsfield Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 2, at South St. in Pittsfield, Brady was found to have three bags of cocaine, $506.00 of cash, and a key for room 110 at the Knights Inn located in Lenox.
