The National Weather Service in Albany, N.Y., has a winter weather advisory in effect beginning at 9 p.m. on Wednesday through 1 p.m. on Thursday.
The National Weather Service warns the dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. On Friday, there will be a chance of snowfall. The temperature will be in the low 40s. Accuweather predicts it will be breezy with wet snow.
