Theresa C. Brueno, 81

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Theresa C. Brueno, 81, of 150 Ashland St. and formerly of Granville, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 at Williamstown Commons. She was born in North Adams on Oct. 11, 1928, daughter of Eleric and Helen (Horan) Ouellette. She attended North Adams schools. Mrs. Brueno was primarily a homemaker, and she enjoyed playing bingo. Survivors include four children of Allentown, Penn; several grandchildren and nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard H. Brueno. Her sisters, Helen Macteer and Mary Daub, and brothers Eleric Ouellette and Thomas Ouellette also are deceased. FUNERAL NOTICE- The funeral for Theresa Brueno will be Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until the funeral. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Williamstown Commons in care of the funeral home.

My mother and Theresa were best of friends when she and Richie lived in Granville. I took my mom up to see her about three months ago. They hadnt seen each other in years ! What a wonderful visit we had, We brought pictures and shared them with theresa, She was so happy to see us. We surely had many good times when i was growing up and having theresa in our lives. She will be sorely missed !
