Tom was well known for the chicken barbecues he cooked. He enjoyed the camaraderie in the chicken pits and shared his secrets with others so they could carry on his legacy.

Time at Pecos Bill; his hunting and fishing camp was dear to Tom, where he was an owner and held the title of “Camp Cookie”. He will always be remembered for the delicious meals he prepared for the “Camp Crew” and all those who visited this special place.
