Joseph R. King, 52

Joseph R. King, 52 a lifelong resident of Williamstown died Tuesday November 26, 2024. He was born in North Adams on November 17, 1972 a son of the late Joseph Arthur King and Beverly Jean (O’Neill) King. He attended schools in Williamstown and graduated from Mt. Greylock Regional High School.

He was employed with several stores in the area including Aubuchon Hardware, Stop & Shop Supermarket and the Wild Oats Market.

Joseph loved spending time with his daughter, family and cats. He also enjoyed gaming, attending renaissance fairs and studying history especially the Renaissance period. He found beauty in everything, in particular the arts.

Survivors include his loving daughter Jaedin King, sisters Susan C. King of North Adams, Laura J. Photos of Bethany, CT. Victoria M. Slater of North Adams. He also leaves nieces and nephew Nicole Slater, Alexis Photos and Nikolas Photos and uncle Richard O’Neill (Jackie) and several cousins.

Graveside services will take in the spring at the family plot in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown MA. Memorial donations are suggested for Pop Cares, P.O.
