Robert Wright, 70

Robert Norman Wright, 70 of Clarksburg, died on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born in North Adams on May 17, 1954, a son of Norman and Ruth (Hubbard) Wright. He attended school in Clarksburg and was a graduate of McCann Technical High School. He was a skilled auto mechanic, having worked at Dean’s, Scarfone Ford, Pete’s, Bona’s Garage and was last employed at Ernie’s Auto. Robert was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Robert was survived by his three loving children; Satira Hayes her husband Jeremey, Sarah Wright and Stephanie Monaco and her husband Thomas; the love of his life and fianc’e Deborah Crews with whom he made his home, five grandchildren Jesilyn, Dakota, Cole, Vincent and Carter. He also leaves three sisters; Pamela Whitacre, Claudia Hunter and Marsha Brown. Robert was predeceased by a son Robert Wright who died in infancy.

I'm so sorry to see this. Bob was a great guy all around. He was proud of his kids and his grandchildren and would always talk about them down at the shop. He will be missed. Thinking of his family during this hard time.
