I am very sorry to read this. Mr Rose was a very nice man. Growing up directly across the street we always felt welcome in the Roses home. We had many neighborhood picnics and just general good conversations. A few years ago Mr Rose saw my wife Carla walking and getting caught in the rain. He told us to come in and have us an umbrella to finish our walk. That’s the type of gentleman I remember. Rest in peace

I grew up in the neighborhood and knew Mr. Rose my entire life. He was friends with my parents. Mr. Rose was always nice to us "kids" growing up. He was a prominent businessman in the city and appears to have lived a long prosperous life. My condolences to his family.
