Perry Michael Puppolo, 66

ADAMS, Mass. —   Perry Michael Puppolo, 66, of Hazelton, PA, a native of Adams, died Friday, June 14th, 2024 at Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience in Philadelphia. He was born in Adams on June 5th, 1958, a son of Elaine D. (Wnuk) Puppolo and the late Michael G. Puppolo. He graduated from Hoosac Valley High School.

Perry lived a full life in many places throughout the world; from Adams, Massachusetts to Sacramento, California to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Heidelberg, Germany and lastly in the Poconos. Perry loved his family and friends. He loved to cook for family gatherings and coach soccer with his children. He was selfless and always put the needs of others above himself.

Perry is survived by his children Michael, Ryan and Fallon; their spouses Kristen, Stephanie, and Cody; his grandchildren Jack, Emma, Mia, Conner and Logan; his mother, Elaine Puppolo, his brother Gary Puppolo and his wife Lisa; his sister-in-law Lisa Puppolo, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Erin J. Freitag-Puppolo, on Sept. 18, 2023, and by his brother, Rodney Puppolo on Sept. 9, 2019.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 1:00 PM in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St.Adams. A calling hour will be held directly before the funeral on Saturday from 12 PM until 1 PM at the funeral home.
