Monetta "Mona" Mahoski, 82

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Monetta Mae “Mona” (Adams) Ogert- Mahoski, 82 of North Adams, MA. died Wednesday January 10, 2024 at Berkshire Medical Center. She was born on March 23, 1941 in Gloversville, NY to Lewis and Hazel (White) Adams.

Monetta attended schools in Gloversville, NY. She was last employed as a certified nursing assistant for various clients in the private sector. Before that she was employed at several nursing homes including the Jessie Hawkins Nursing Home in Newberry, SC. She enjoyed sewing, baking and painting.

Her husband David Ted Mahoski whom she married on September 21, 2007 died March 24, 2020.

Survivors include a son Mark Patnode (Laurie) of Lanesboro, MA. five daughters Alicia Armstrong (Howard) of Pownal, VT., Eleanor “Ellie” Klose (Curt) of Suffield, CT., Nellie Lopez of North Adams, MA., Laura Woodard (Wayne) of Wagner, SC., and Candie Neimann (Bill) of Ellington, CT. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

At her request there will be no services. Memorial donations are suggested for the Louison House through the Flynn & Dagnoli Funerals Home, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA. To add to the Book of Memories, please visit flynndagnolifuneralhomes.com.
