To the Simpson Family,
Please know that Dick's passing is a true loss to the community. He was kind and helpful to so many people. I always looked forward to a "spirited" conversation with him when I stopped at the garage. May he rest in peace and may your memories of him be of comfort to you during this difficult time.

Donna, I am so very sorry for your loss. Sending my heartfelt condolences to you and your family at this difficult time.
from: Sandy Daigneaulton: 12-10-2023

My prayers for comfort and strength are ongoing for each of you, Donna, Richard, Kim and the entire family . I am here for you if you need me. I had only known Dick for a year and a half as one of my delivery customers at O'Reilly's. However, when Dick was in the Critical Care Unit, I visited him there three times. The first time, Dick was not able to respond, so I just prayed for him, hoping he could hear me. At the other two visits, despite still being on the ventilator, he was miraculously responsive and could answer my questions by shaking his head yes and no. I am so grateful that Dick affirmed his faith in Jesus and Jesus' death for our sins and Jesus' Resurrection for our eternal life. I was rejoicing! Because of his faith in Jesus, Dick is with the Lord now, in perfection, joy and bliss that we can't even imagine! Remembering that will help all of us who are hurting and bereaved. God bless you all!
