Lynne Lescarbeau, 68

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Lynne Marie (Rondeau) Lescarbeau, 68 of North Adams, MA died on Thursday September 21, 2023 at her home.

She was born in North Adams, MA on May 15, 1955, a daughter of Felix Alphege Rondeau and Claire Ann (Allard) Rondeau. She graduated from Drury High School in 1973 and received a Medical Assistance certificate from Mildred Elley School.

Lynne worked at the Brien Center in North Adams for many years. She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church. Lynne enjoyed crocheting, bowling and spending time with her family and friends. In most recent years, she enjoyed living at St. Joe Court especially loved Bingo nights and meeting new friends.

Survivors include the father of her children Michael G. Shartrand Sr, her daughter, Allison L. (David) Shartrand of Warwick, RI and her son, Michael G. (Joanna) Shartrand Jr. of Bennington, VT and three grandchildren, Aundrea, Paislee, and Everett. She also leaves her brother, Stephen (Laurie) Rondeau and three sisters, Laurie (Jon) Vanuni, Darlene (Joel) Garland, and Nancy (Thomas) Lesage; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins. Predeceased by her infant daughter, Amy M. Shartrand in 1977.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Lynne Lescarbeau will be Thursday September 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA. Burial will follow in Southview cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday morning from 9-11 AM.
