Karen Lamoureux, 63

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Karen Ann Lamoureux passed to live eternally with Jesus on Sept. 5, 2023.

Born on April 10, 1960, she was the daughter of Theresa Allard Lamoureux. Karen was educated in the North Adams school system, which was followed by employment at Excelsior Printing.

Karen leaves her fiance Keith Shaw and her daughters Stephanie Fallon (Stephen), Shannon Shurtleff and Megan Miller (Christopher). She was the grandmother of Darren, Cameron, Aiden, Jackson, Skye and Arianna, and sister of Denise Nagle (David), Donna Ellis (Michael), Kimberly Kaigle and Anne Shurtleff (Arthur). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her dog, Olivia.

Above all, Karen valued her relationship with Christ and family. She had a sharp wit and laughing was part of her day regardless of the trials she endured. She was a joy to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

We are comforted by her rejoining her mom (equally witty) and the echoes of their laughter will be a helpful memory for those she left behind.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Private Funeral Services will take place at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Memorial Donations are suggested in her memory through the funeral home. To add to the Book of Memories, please visit flynndagnolifuneralhomes.com.
