Donald "Donnie" Duprea, 67

Donald "Donnie" Duprea, 67, of Ft. Myers, Fla. passed away Wednesday July 26.

Donnie was born in Springfield, MA on Oct. 28, 1956, to Elizabeth (Richard) and Gerald Duprea. He lived with his family in Springfield, until they moved to Stamford VT, attending schools in Stamford and North Adams.

Cooking and fishing were Donnie's favorite past times.

He loved to be on the water with a pole in his hand or in front of any cooking surface making a tasty meal.

Left behind with heavy hearts are his children, Shannon Duprea-Smith (David); Kelly Duprea; and Donald Duprea, Jr. (Marquita). His siblings, Sharon Wheeler of Alabama, Ronald "Bubba" Duprea (Wendy) of Clarksburg, MA, Teresa Duprea of North Adams, MA, and Elizabeth Duprea of Florida. Six grandchildren; nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

At Donnie's request there will be no calling hours or services.

Donations made be made in his honor to the Charity of your choice.
