Charles S. Berry, 62

FLORIDA, Mass. — Charles S. Berry, 62 of Florida, MA died on Thursday July 6, 2023 at his home.

He was born in North Adams, MA on August 30, 1960, a son of Adeline J. (Poirot) Berry and the late Joseph Charles Berry. He attended local schools and graduated from McCann Technical High School.

Charles was last employed by Unistress in Pittsfield. Before that, he worked at Chin-Bro Construction at the Rowe atomic plant. He enjoyed fishing and snowmobiling. He loved his dog, Elvis.

Survivors include his mother, Adeline J. Berry of Florida, MA; and his son- Dustin Charles Berry of North Adams. He also leaves three grandchildren- Lumi Berry Forrestal, Hazel Lynn Berry and Elijah Joseph Berry; two brothers- Robert W. Berry and Joseph C. Berry Jr; five sisters- Joan Lewis, Addie Berry, Gina Cellana, Bonnie Konopka and Brenda Irons and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his sister, Lynn Burdick.

I am so very sorry about chuck. He was a good friend of mine all of My life. He was always so filled with love and happiness. Had a smile all of the time. A great man. I will miss him so much.
