Gordon Schwarzer

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Gordon Ernest Schwarzer, 83, of North Adams died on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Williamstown Commons. Gordon was born on November 16, 1936 in Adams, MA a son of the late Ernest Carl & Rachel Louise DeCoigne (Schwarzer).

Gordon attended Adams Schools and then served in the Air Force & National Guard. Gordon worked at Jarisch Paper Company and Pfizer Inc.

Gordon married Diane Butler (Green) Schwarzer in 1981. They were married for 39 years. Besides his wife, Gordon is survived by his children, James Baumbach & Karen, Bonnie Henry & Cyrus, Richard Baumbach, Rory Schwarzer, Tracy Schwarzer, and Robin Schwarzer. He is also survived by a brother, Ralph Schwarzer and was predeceased by a sister.
