The aim of the Teacher Award is to honor distinguished teachers by recognizing them for excellence in the teaching profession.

We encourage colleagues, students, and students' parents to submit a nomination form on behalf of a teacher who has impacted their life in a special way.

You may nominate more than one teacher (please use separate forms).
