Pittsfield - Martin J. Farrell, 27, of 37 Chamberlain Ave., Dalton entered not guilty pleas to numerous charges during a Berkshire Superior Court arraignment.
Judge John Agostini ordered Farrell held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100,000 cash or $1 million surety bail on one count of trafficking in cocaine, one count of trafficking in oxycodone, one count of cultivating marijuana, one count of possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, one count of using a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count of possession of hydromorphone, one count of possession of methyleledioxyamphetamine, one count of possession of diazepam, one count of possession of ibuprofen and dihydrocodeineone, one count of possession of water and benzyl alcohol, one count of possession of somatropin, one count of possession of nandrolone, one count of possession of testosterone and testosterone propionate, one count of possession of nandrolone decanoate, one count of possession of liothyronine sodium, one count of possession of metandienone and one count of possession of methandrostenolone and metandieone.
Farrell was charged after an Aug. 25 police raid at his home.
McClary
Lori J. McClary, 29, also known as Lori J. Gamache and Lori McClary-Gamache, 49 Arnold Place, North Adams, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, one count possession of cocaine, second offense, one count of possession of oxycodone, second offense, and one count of driving with a suspended driver's license.
Agostini ordered McClary held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $15,000 cash or $150,000 surety bail. McClary was charged after a traffic stop initiated by Williamstown police on July 30.
Saez
Misael Saez, 39, also known as Ismael Baez, of 168 Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Agostini ordered Saez be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $7,500 cash or $75,000 surety bail.
Saez was charged after a police raid at a 194 Mohawk Forest Boulevard residence.
Santos
Edgar Cruz Santos, 22, of 19 Railroad St. Great Barrington, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in cocaine, one count of driving without a driver's license, one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of a drug violation within a drug free school zone.
Agostini ordered Santos be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 cash bail.
Santos was charged after an Aug. 22 traffic stop and an Aug. 23 police raid at his home.
Dion
Michael G. Dion, 22, also known as Joel Ostrander and M.I., 3 Pleasure Ave., pleaded not guilty to one count of armed home invasion, two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, and two counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
Agostini ordered Dion held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 cash bail.
Dion was charged after an investigation into an alleged Aug. 30 assault against a 17-year-old male and a 25-year-old male in Pittsfield.
