Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, September 21.
Shane Harding, 29, of Marcy, N.Y. was found guilty on three counts of rape and a single count of kidnapping.
He was ordered to be held without bail at the Berkshire County House of Correction until sentencing. On Tuesday, September 25, Harding was sentenced to concurrent eight to 18 to 20 years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the rape charge. He was given eight to 10 years on the kidnapping charge. Those sentences will begin after he completes any time he is currently serving in the state of New York.
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, September 24.
Phillip Jordan, 58, had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a fugitive of justice charge.
Court set the bail at $25,000 and continued the case pending an examination of Jordan's competency to participate in court proceedings.
He is facing three counts of burning a dwelling house in connection with fires set on Appleton Avenue, Ridge Avenue, and Forthill Avenue on September 22, 2018. The investigation is continuing and more charges may be pending.
Joshua Mayotte, 29, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, illegal ownership of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, improper storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and armed career felon.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at Mayotte's home on September 7, 2018.

Julian Medina-Aviles, 28, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and abuse of a child and a single count of pose or exhibit a child in a sexual act.
He was ordered to serve two to three years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the rape and abuse charges. He was placed on probation on the other charges.
The incidents occurred in Pittsfield between February 27, 2016 and November 19, 2016 and involved a girl who is now 17 years old.
Single counts of intimidation of a witness by means of a reward, intimidation of a witness, and violation of an abuse prevention order were dismissed by the state.
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, September 26.
Megan Bates, 42, and Wesley Childers, 32, pleaded guilty to a single count of permitting bodily injury to a child.
The case was continued without a finding for one year. The incident occurred in Adams on June 5, 2015 and involved a boy who was three months old at the time.
Ivy Rogers, 33, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of larceny from a person.
She was ordered to serve 44 days of a two-year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction and was placed on probation for two years. The charges relate to an incident at East Street Video in Pittsfield on August 16, 2017.
Randy Lambach, 46, of Becket had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of annoying and accosting a person of the opposite sex, two counts of enticing a child under the age of 16, and single counts of open and gross lewdness and disseminating harmful matter to a minor.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between January 1, 2010 and January 1, 2018 and allegedly involve two girls who are now ages 14 and 16.

Keith David Beland, 27, of Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of assault and battery with serious bodily injury and resisting arrest.
He was ordered to serve 117 days of a two and a half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the assault and battery charge and placed on one-year probation. He was given a concurrent 90-day sentence on the resisting arrest charge.
Beland assaulted a 24-year-old man in Adams on May 14, 2017.
Cornell Griffin, 49, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
He was ordered to serve two years at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on June 26, 2017.
A single count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute - his second offense - was dismissed by the state.
Kevin Nieves, 19, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of assault and battery, two counts of kidnapping while being armed with a firearm, and single counts of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault by means of a dangerous weapon, armed kidnapping with serious bodily injury, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right too bail.
Nieves assaulted and shot a 19-year-old man near Ashley Reservoir in Washing on August 21, 2018. He is also accused of assaulting a 21-year-old man and allegedly kidnapped the men and an 18-year-old woman during the incident.

Wayne Green, 38, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
He was ordered to serve two years at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at Green's Pittsfield home and a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on March 3, 2017.
Daquan Douglas, 24, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of kidnapping while being armed with a firearm, two counts of assault and battery, and single counts of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, armed kidnapping with serious bodily injury, misleading a police officer, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
He was released on $10,000 bail.

Samantha Bernier, 31, of Adams had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a loaded firearm, improper storage of a firearm, and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card.m
She was released on $500 bail. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant on her home on August 2, 2018.
Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez, 23, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of kidnapping while being armed with a firearm, two counts of assault and battery, and single counts of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, armed kidnapping with serious bodily injury, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail.

Toby Clayton, 48, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three counts of rape and abuse of a child, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
He was released on personal recognizance.
The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between December 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016 and involved a girl who is not 10 years old.
Jennifer Hallock, 38, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two counts of exhibiting or posing a child in the nude, two counts of dissemination of obscene matter, and two counts of reckless endangerment of a child.
She was released on personal recognizance.
The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between January 1, 2010 and January 1, 2018 and involved two girls who are now 14 and 16 years old.
Brandon Milette, 38, of Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of improper storage of a firearm, and single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
He was released on $500 bail.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on August 2, 2018.
