Superior Court Briefs: March 5 - March 14
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, March 5.
Yulanda Chadwell, 37, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on a single count of misleading a police officer.
She was released on $2,000 bail. Chadwell is accused of providing police with misinformation during their investigation into the death of 39-year-old Paul Henry, who was murdered on July 4, 2017.

Henry Brazeau, 50, of North Adams pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained age 14, and two counts of caretaker abuse.
He was ordered to serve 196 days of a two-year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on a single count of caretaker abuse on a disabled person. He was placed on probation on the other charge. He was given concurrent jail time of the indecent assault and battery charge.
The charges stem from an incident involving a 23-year-old woman and 22-year-old man in North Adams between May 15, 2016 and July 20, 2016.

Austyn Lanphear, 22, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of oxycodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal ownership of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, and improper storage of a firearm.
He was released on $2,500 bail. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on January 10, 2018.
Justin Larimore, 40, of Dalton had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three counts of rape and abuse of a child, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
He was released on personal recognizance. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between September 1, 2012 and September 25, 2014 and involved a child who is now age 17.
Jaime Marby, 39, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on four counts of breaking and entering in the daytime, three counts of larceny over $250, and single counts of larceny of a firearm and larceny under $250.
She was released on personal recognizance. Marby is accused of breaking into homes in Hinsdale, Dalton, and Peru between November 23, 2017 and January 14, 2018.
Daniel Marshall, 71, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of conspiracy to traffick persons for sexual servitude, two counts of paying for sexual conduct, and single counts of maintaining a house of prostitution and deriving support from prostitution.
He was released on $500 bail. Marshall is accused of conspiring to traffick women to engage in commercial sexual activity in Pittsfield between February 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
Michael Martin, 26, of West Hartford, Conn. pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and drug violation in a school zone.
He was ordered to serve concurrent one-day sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the drug charges. He was given five to seven years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the school zone charge.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 79 Lincoln Street in Pittsfield on March 25, 2016.
