Superior Court Briefs: December 20 - December 21
Robin Connors, 27, of Lee had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute - a second offense- distribution of heroin - second offense - drug violation in a school zone and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Connors was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety bail.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lee on Nov. 9.
David Jones Jr., 28, of Adams had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of receiving stolen property over $250.
Jones was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $1,000 bail. Jones was allegedly in possession of stolen property in Adams between July 24 and Aug. 5.
Margaret Pendlebury, 43, of Bennington, Vt. had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on single counts of possession of methadone with intent to distribute, drug violation in a school zone and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Pendlebury was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on November 22, 2010.

Raheem Garrett, 27, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on seven counts of armed robbery while masked, two counts of armed assault with intent to rob, two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and attempt to commit armed robbery.
Garrett was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100,000 bail. The charges stem from a series of armed robberies in Pittsfield between Aug. 22 and Nov. 22.
Laura Methe, 21, of Washington had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on seven counts of armed robbery while masked, two counts of armed assault with intent to rob, two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and single counts of attempt to commit armed robbery and failure to stop for a police officer.
Methe was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100,000 bail. The charges stem from a series of armed robberies in Pittsfield between Aug. 22 and Nov. 22.
