Pittsfield Police Increasing Patrols At Burbank Park
Staff Reports
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Police will have be zero tolerance of juveniles misbehaving at Burbank Park.
According to Police, lack of supervision has led to fights, disturbances, alcohol and marijuana use on the trails south of the beach concession stand - away from the concert venue - and will now step-up its enforcement.
Parents are urged not to drop children off unsupervised at the park, particularly during scheduled events. There will be patrols throughout the area and unsupervised juveniles may be criminally charged or trespassed from the park for inappropriate behavior.
