Matt Lorenz -- known as The Suitcase Junket -- is a one man band who crafts and hones his songs. He plays up to four instruments at a time with his feet, arranging unique objects around himself so that he's a singer, guitarist, drummer and percussionist all at once. With tinges of Bob Dylan and Tom Waits evident in his vocal styling, his singing voice is both guttural and hummingbird nectar-sweet. The overall energy and vibrancy he injects into his music is a force of nature.
