WINDSOR, Mass. - On Sunday September 27th from 10 AM -1PM, explore the Highlands of Windsor at Notchview Reservation with naturalist Aimee Gelinas and Forester Jim Caffrey in a woodland ecosystems and forestry techniques class.
Learn how to identify various hard and softwood trees of the highlands/Berkshire region and how to properly manage woodland property that encourages diverse habitats and native tree species.
Program supported by a grant from WMECO in conjunction with Tamarack Hollow. Tamarack Hollow is dedicated to "Inspiring environmental & cultural awareness, appreciation & stewardship".
