Meet noted sculptor and art historian Peter Rockwell, youngest son of Norman Rockwell. Peter will be on hand to celebrate the opening of The Fantastical Faces of Peter Rockwell: A Sculptor’s Retrospective, an exhibition featuring an impressive collection of the artist’s works, created in a variety of materials.
The artist will present:
11 a.m. Illustrated talk about the art of carving
2 p.m. Exhibition walk and talk
5:30 p.m. Opening reception, lecture, and book signing

Beginner Watercolor Workshop for Adults
Sundays, July 12 and 26, 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Enjoy the relaxing art of painting in watercolor from nature. Create landscapes, as well as close-up studies of specific objects. All materials provided. Held outdoors weather-permitting.
