PITTSFIELD, Mass. - What’s old is new again! This half day, hands on learning opportunity will be devoted to Shaker organic gardening techniques, with an emphasis in composting methods and relevant modern day organic techniques. Participants learn bug control, weed eradication, and how homeowners or apartment dwellers can use various techniques to form their own black gold (compost). Rates: Members $68 Non-Members $75.
