LENOX, Mass. - April 18 – We're fortunate to have another very popular local band, Bottom of the Bucket, to play for us again. These guys always light the place up. Also returning is Katy Heine, a great caller from Ithaca, NY for her third April dance. Katy gets more dances in per evening than any caller we know.
May 16 – A very pleasurable evening of dancing awaits with The Beverwyck String Band playing along with guest Stuart Kenney. The Beverwyck String Band plays many traditional favorites along with their own compositions, all of them very danceable. Joining them as the caller, we are very fortunate to have Nils Fredland, of Keene, NH joining us again. Nils has one of the clearest voices and teaching styles of any caller in New England.
June 20 – Come dance at the summer solstice with "Jane's Gang", featuring Jane Rothfield and her “Gang” of talented musicians. They have a long history of playing dances all through central and northern New York. We also are welcoming back Kathryn Wedderburn to call for us.
