BCC to Offer Enterprise Performance Management Workshops
Berkshire Community College will offer the following Enterprises Performance Management (EPM) workshops this spring at the Intermodal Education Center on the corner of Columbus Avenue and North Street. The one-day workshops are designed for public, private for profit, and non-for-profit organizations to reach peak performance.“Performance Management Plan Development” (WKS 9400) helps facilitate a shared sense of ownership, and brings creativity and innovation to developing each plan element. Participants learn to perform four key preparation tasks: assemble the Performance Team Leadership; collect and review background materials; develop a Performance Workplan; and conduct a team briefing meeting. Class meets Friday morning, Feb. 20 from 9 to 12.
“Managing Brand, Product & Service Strategy Performance (WKS 9401) reviews objectives such as being a customer’s first supplier, sales and market penetration of a new product and managing brand equity/brand value performance. Class meets Friday morning, Feb. 27, from 9 to 12.
“Managing Demand Generation (Sales & Marketing) Performance” (WKS 9402) covers sales force productivity, market share performance, proposal success rates, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue and growth performance. Class meets Friday afternoon, Feb. 27, from 1 to 4.
“Managing People & Team Performance” (WKS 9403) discusses managing employee productivity performance, multi-skilling, training, and speed of skill development. Class meets Friday morning, March 13, from 9 to 12.
“Managing Stakeholder Relations Performance” (WKS 9404) covers topics such as expenditure on stakeholder relations, performance against promises, accuracy of performance forecasts, clarity of communication, and perceptions of management. Class meets Friday afternoon, March 13, from 1 to 4.
“Managing Customer Satisfaction Performance” (WKS 9405) touches on performance objectives as managing customer retention, turnover, loyalty, feedback and suggestions, complaint resolution, and the value of existing customers. Class meets Friday morning, March 27, from 9 to 12.
“Managing Partner & Supplier Contribution Performance” (WKS 9406) covers typical objectives as alliance performance contribution to revenue performance, service level agreement achievement, partner & supplier performance, and managing idea generation. Class meets Friday afternoon, March 27, from 1 to 4.
“Use, Review & Revise Your Performance Management Plan” (WKS 9407) rounds off the three necessary steps in adopting Enterprise Performance Management, and focuses on how to implement and continually improve the plan as a best practice. Class meets Friday morning, April 10, from 9 to 12.
