GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. - Joshua Needleman, award-winning chocolatier and owner of Chocolate Springs Cafe in Lenox, Mass., will offer insights into the chocolate-making process and make hot cocoa for everyone in attendance on Sunday, January 25, at 11 a.m., at the Triplex Cinema in Great Barrington, as part of Berkshire Living's "Rest of the Story" free public forum series.
Needleman is one of several chocolatiers profiled in the January/February issue of Berkshire Living. Berkshire Living editor-in-chief Seth Rogovoy moderates the "Rest of the Story" series, which includes a question and answer session and which recently won a Gold Medal for Community Service from the National City and Regional Magazine Association.
Each month, Berkshire Living, a regional lifestyle and culture magazine, and the Triplex join forces to present "The Rest of the Story," free public forums based on an article running in the concurrent issue of the magazine.
