The Williams College Department of Music Presents Eph-Palooza II
11:08AM / Friday, October 10, 2008
WILLIAMSTOWN - The Williams College Department of Music will present Eph-Palooza II on Friday, Oct. 24, at 8 p.m. in Chapin Hall on the Williams College campus. This free event is open to the public.
In our second annual Family Days extravaganza, the wide range of music-making at Williams is showcased in a concert featuring seven of our ensembles and more than one hundred student musicians. Included are Concert and Chamber Choirs directed by Brad Wells, Chamber and Symphonic Winds directed by Steven Dennis Bodner, Students of the Berkshires (student members of the Berkshire Symphony Orchestra) directed by Ronald Feldman, the Williams Jazz Ensemble directed by Erik Lawrence, and the Williams Percussion Ensemble directed by Matthew Gold.
This concert was such a marvelous success in its first year that the department has made it an annual celebration of our incredible student musicians and wide ranging departmental ensembles.
