Fitness Lecture At Berkshire South

- July 02, 2008

GREAT BARRINGTON - Wednesday, July 16 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. is the next in the series of 3rd Wednesday lectures at Berkshire South Regional Community Center. July’s lecture features Berkshire South’s own Antoine Alston, certified personal trainer.

This lecture is for anyone who works out, whether casually or seriously, because no matter how dedicated you are there is always something new to learn about the best way to exercise. If you are not getting the results you hoped for, or if you’ve hit a plateau, come learn why. Antoine will help you create the perfect workout for you, whether it’s a basic program or something that will bring you to the pinnacle of your own health and fitness. There will be time at the end of the lecture for him to answer your specific questions and trouble shoot your routine.

This lecture is free for Berkshire South members and guests pay just $3.00 per person. Advance registration is requested to 413-528-2810 ext. 35 or aalston@berkshiresouth.org. Childcare is available with advance notice – free to members and $7.00 for guests.

The lectures are held in the Center’s meeting room at 15 Crissey Road (off Route 7 behind Pete’s Motors) in Great Barrington. For more information call 413-528-2810.
