More Snow
The Berkshires received several inches of snow this morning, but not enough to close schools, unlike yesterday's sleety mess. Temperatures will drop into the 20s this afternoon. A few more snow showers are expected through the weekend.
We have reports that the roads are very slippery to take care in the evening commute. |

North Adams Regional Hospital went smoke-free Monday — so did all its sister sites, from Sweet Brook to Northern Berkshire Family Practice to the Women's Exchange. No ashtrays, no smoking: No butts about it. |

Main Street Stage presents The Red Room - February 11, 2008
Beginning this Saturday, February 16, Main Street Stage presents The Red Room, an evening of cabaret-style variety entertainment at its intimate theatre space in downtown North Adams. Doors will open at 8 P.M. for an hour of life drawing and light refreshments.
Show featuring music, dance, poetry, short drama and more to begin at 9 P.M. Tickets are $10.00 at the door. The Red Room will run Saturday evenings through 8 March with a new show every week. For more information, please call 413.664.7745.
