Lenox Realtor Certified as Residential Specialist - November 25, 2007
LENOX – Victoria Riello-Ross of McLean Realtors, located at 68 Main St., has earned the designation of the certified residential specialist (CRS) from the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
To received the designation, a Realtor must have completed advanced courses throughout the country, have a specific number of real estate transactions and have demonstrated professional expertise in their field. Fewer than 3 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.
CRS designees must subscribe to a strict code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and be specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
Riello-Ross, licensed in real estate since 2003, is a member of the National and Massachusetts assocations of Realtors, the Berkshire County Board of Realtors and holds nationally recognized designation of an accredited buyer's representative.
She is as president-elect of the South Council Board of Realtors, is a member of Berkshire Business and Professional Women, the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and CIAO of the Berkshires. |
