Dear Gram,

While your death was not expected so soon after losing Gramps, I know that the Good Lord has received you with open arms and that you are at peace now. How happy Gramps must be to have you near him again!

I am so sorry that we didn't have our time together like we had talked about. This has proven to me once again that life is so short and we must make the time and not wait.

I want to thank you so much for all of the wonderful phone calls that we shared due to the distance between us. You always gave me the drive to keep pushing forward and you never let me once forget how special my mom was. I can't thank you enough for that.

I will miss you, Gram. I truly am so sorry that we didn't share more time together. Though life here on earth is short, the Lord awaits us in heaven. That is where we will meet again one day.

I will look up to the sky, smile and celebrate your life. My garden will flourish and my flowers will be brighter with memories of you!

You will be missed, Gram. With all of my love,

Wendy
