Mildred M. Brouillett, 84
CLARKSBURG, Mass. â€' Mildred Mary Brouillett, 84, of 320 Cross Road died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown.Born in Buffalo, N.Y., on Nov. 13, 1924, a daughter of Harry N. and Sophia Sullivan Embry, dhe attended schools in North Adams.
Mrs. Brouillett was a longtime employee of Cascade Paper Co. on Brown Street in North Adams.
She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 310, both in North Adams. She enjoyed playing bingo.
Her husband, Raymond Stanley Brouillett, whom she married Feb. 5, 1949, died May 26, 1997.
She leaves a daughter, Catherine C. Barrett and her husband, Mark, of Clarksburg; a son, Nelson Raymond Brouillett and his wife, Marilyn, of Beverly; a brother, Harry F. Embry of the town of Florida; three sisters, Ruth Girard of Dalton, Carol Levesque of North Adams and Nancy Dewey of Chester, Conn.; six grandchildren, Tammy Holguin, Christine Barrett, Tonya Lillie, Tyler Lavigne, Sarah Lavigne and Christopher Brouillett, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by another son, Robert Stanley Brouillett, her grandson Bryan Brouillett, her sisters Leona Embry and Virginia Shaw, and her brother Nelson Embry.
FUNEREAL NOTICE â€' Funeral services for Mrs. Brouillett will take place Wednesday morning at 10:15 from Flynn & Dagnoli- Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian of Burial at 11 at St. Francis' Church, North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 4 to 7. Memorial donations are suggested for the National Kidney Foundation through the funeral home.
