Clara Annichiarico, 81
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Clara Anna Annichiarico, 81, of 30 Candlewood Drive died Friday, July 13, 2009, at home.Born in New York City on Jan. 4, 1920, daughter of Victor J. and Agnes Rielich Johnson, she moved to Hoag's Corners, N.Y., at a young age and attended schools there. She graduated from Averill Park (N.Y.) High School. She was a longtime resident of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., and moved to Williamstown in 1981.
Mrs. Annichiarico was employed as assistant manager of the Mercy College Book Store in Dobbs Ferry before her retirement.
She was a communicant of the Parish of St. Patrick's and St. Raphael's.
Her husband, Anthony John Annichiarico, whom she married April 21, 1951, died Sept. 1, 1988.
She leaves two sons, James J. Annichiarico of North Adams and John V. Annichiarico of Cheshire; a sister, Mildred Mackin of Flushing, N.Y., and six grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mrs. Annichiarico will be Monday, July 16, at 10 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 at St. Raphael's Church, 207 Cole Ave., Williamstown. Burial in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday, July 15, from 4 to 7.
