Pauline F. Calvi, 86

Born in North Adams on March 15, 1918, daughter of Filippo and Maria Pettinato Marchio, she was educated in North Adams schools and graduated from Drury High School.
Mrs. Calvi was a homemaker all of her life, and enjoyed crafts, knitting and gardening.
She was a lifelong communicant of St. Anthony's Church and a former member of the North Adams Emblem Club.
She leaves her husband, Raymond Joseph Calvi.
Besides her husband, she leaves one son, Bruce P. Calvi and his wife, Joan, of Clarksburg; two brothers, Joseph Marchio of North Adams and Alfred Marchio of Williamstown; three grandchildren, Bernard J. Calvi, Jennifer K. Belisle and Jeffrey C. Calvi, and three great-grandchildren, Elijah Calvi, Lucia Calvi and Ashlyn Belisle.
She was predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Marchio, and a sister, Rose Wright.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Funeral services for Mrs. Calvi will be Tuesday, June 1, at 9:45 at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:30 at St. Anthony's Church, with the Rev. Daniel J. O'Hear, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for any charity of the donor's choice through the funeral home.
